Cancellation Policy Should you wish to cancel or amend this reservation (for whatever reason) our cancellation policy is as follows:
*0 - 7 days prior to arrival 100% of total booking *7-14 days prior to arrival 100% of first night *14 + days prior to arrival 10% of full booking *Amendments to bookings are charges at 10% of full reservation
*All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us
We advise you consider taking out travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations
Please note that we are offering a limited service over the Christmas and New Year period and “Room only Service†on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year Day.
